RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

RETURNS

Returns are only applicable for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item received

Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

 

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Size exchange (subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged item
  • Incorrect item received

 

PROCESS

  1. Contact us with your order details
  2. Wait for approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Replacement will be processed after inspection

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit, or
  • An alternative item of similar value

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are strictly limited to the following cases:

  • Defective item
  • Incorrect item received

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Shipping fees for exchanged items may apply

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional or bundle purchases
  • Accessories

All sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

You must contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection.

 

IMPORTANT

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions
  • Items showing signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted
  • This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice
