RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
RETURNS
Returns are only applicable for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item received
Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Size exchange (subject to availability)
- Defective or damaged item
- Incorrect item received
PROCESS
- Contact us with your order details
- Wait for approval and instructions
- Ship the item back to us
- Replacement will be processed after inspection
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit, or
- An alternative item of similar value
REFUNDS
Refunds are strictly limited to the following cases:
- Defective item
- Incorrect item received
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Shipping fees for exchanged items may apply
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional or bundle purchases
- Accessories
All sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
You must contact us within 48 hours if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection.
IMPORTANT
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions
- Items showing signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted
- This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice
